🐌 Postage/ shipping

Sea Scents Letters™️ travel by genuine snail mail. Coming all the way from New Zealand often means a wait of around two to three weeks.

As we're getting close to Christmas, expect a longer wait of three to four weeks and four to five for customised packages (see below).

📩 Include your own sign-off

This special edition allows you to write your giftee's name inside and include your own message.

The envelope will arrive unsealed, with the Sea Scents Letter™️ sticker enclosed. You can write your message, seal the envelope and either send it in the mail or put the letter under the tree.

Fully customised packages are available for larger quantities of 50 or more (see below).

🎄🎁 How to send one letter as a gift

To give one letter as a gift that is sent directly to your recipient, firstly check the box that says "I would like to send this directly, as a gift", which will show on the product, checkout or cart page. You will then see the option to also provide a gift message. Leave the email address field blank if you don't want a gift email sent.

Secondly, be sure to also fill out the shipping details on the payment screen with the recipient's name and postal address.

Three things will happen:

• If you add your giftee's email address, I'll send an email entitled "📪 You've been gifted the Sea Scents Letter™️experience 💌". The email shares what to expect and who gifted the letter. It includes a photo that shows a partial glimpse of all the letter pack elements.
• I'll hand address and write your gift message inside the letter, with your name as the sign off.

• When the envelope is received, your gift recipient will see "Gifted by [your full name]" written on the back of the envelope

Note that gift messaging is only available for one single letter per checkout.

🎄🎁 How to buy three or more at $25 each

Select the number of letters you wish to buy at cart.

For purchases of 3 or more letters at once, pricing will automatically adjust to $25 each per letter (or equivalent in your currency).

🎄🎁 How to customise the letter and messaging for your business or team

Christmas is a wonderful time to share warm messages of appreciation, reflection and gratitude with your clients, team and friends.

I am excited to share that 'The one about Christmas' can be customised for purchases of 50 or more.
